As Managing Director at Connex Offsite, Brendan Doherty leads the company’s advancements in modular bathroom pod manufacturing for the UK and Irish markets. With a background in engineering and construction, Brendan’s leadership has been pivotal in Connex Offsite’s fast growth and innovation. He champions sustainable, efficient modular construction solutions, contributing significantly to modern construction methods.

Chris has over 10 years’ experience in modular construction delivering Bathroom Pod schemes for residential, hospitality, student accommodation, prisons, healthcare, and care homes. Chris has vast commercial construction experience and through the partnerships he has developed with his customers, he always delivers the most appropriate and cost-effective technical solution to suit a projects’ requirements.

Brian has a degree in Construction Engineering and 25+ years engineering and construction industry experience. Brian has played a fundamental role in Connex Offsites growth, implementing the process and rigour required to operate at the highest of industry standards. Brian’s primary role is client focused, building relationships to deliver world class solutions for customers and managing the lifecycle of projects, from research and development, to design, manufacture, supply, and after sales.

The main function of Kenny’s role is to oversee daily operations and procedures, including production. Having gained 30 years’ experience in the construction industry Kenny is an expert problem solver and ensures that Connex processes lead to the production of the highest quality finished Bathroom Pods.

Paul has an extensive background in the building industry with over 15 years’ experience. Paul plays a pivotal role in the planning and organising of production schedules, management of multiple projects, and meeting daily production targets while consistently reducing downtime. He is heavenly involved in the resolution of operational, manufacturing and maintenance challenges, whilst ensuring quality control standards are always met.

Kevin has a HND in Engineering and has held various roles in mining and construction industries. AS Production Manager Kevin mentors and oversees production staff in key areas with the end goal of successful implementation of production schedules. Primary duties include planning, coordinating, and controlling all steps in the production ensuring all Bathroom Pods are of the highest standard and delivered to site on time.

Fiona ensures the Connex Offsite team run smoothly and operate in a safe and productive environment. Fiona works alongside many in the organization across departments ensuring all functions are supported to provide the highest levels of service to customers.

Michelle has a BSc degree in Accountancy and Finance and her career experience include working in Banking, Environmental Services, Consultancy and Construction sectors. Michelle provides administrative, monitoring and registry services to all aspects all the business including accounts, HR, payroll, purchasing and logistics.

Mike has over 30 years’ design experience and is a SolidWorks Certified Expert who has also gained SolidWorks Elite Application Engineer status. Mike designs and creates 3D Models and detailed drawings, photorealistic visuals, animated video, and ‘Virtual Reality Bathroom Pods’ for our customers, Mike also develops models and drawings for our in-house production team.

Keith is an experienced 3D designer who develops Connex’s Offsites bespoke company management software. Keith navigates the full design and manufacturing process and is a highly experienced SolidWorks professional and Software Developer specialising in ERP, CRM and MRP applications.
